Is Operations paid the least at your respective firms? I was hired to a Client Service Delivery role with a heavy focus on project management. Trying to help my sister negotiate her comp, advice appreciated. Context: starting 9mo maternity leave. Got reached out by her bosses from 4y ago (very good experience both ways). Job is perfect match for her skillset. They asked for her expectations, she said 90. They told her range for the job was 90-110. Offer was made at 90 (50M valuation start up). Also got stock option (24k for 4y vesting, valuated at 50k today) Convinced her to negotiate for 110. Is that too late? What arguments to use?
