Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.

Mindtree culture is detoriating day by day . No clarity on hike and appraisal even though mail have been sent regarding this since Dec 2021 . Disgusting HR head practice who joined from CTS . How come they don't abide by what they communicate and keep silence without any update for delay .

Hi fishers! I have offer and signed contract with Deloitte UK and my start day is in the beginning of April. I need skilled worker visa, and we haven’t applied yet for that. Screening and onboarding is in progress. Immigration team doesn’t reply since reached me out 1st time. How much time does it usually needed to go through the whole process? How many days take for visa to be approved since application?Deloitte

Just signed the outside employment form in KPMG onboarding system. I actually wanted to start dabbling in creative writing as a potentially monetizable hobby, but I'm guessing this may pose issues.
Definitely interested in the "exception from this policy may be requested if provision of non-professional services doesn't interfere with one's duties of causes conflict of interest" clause, though. Has anyone been able to get one of those before?

Market is what would another big4 pay you. Industry is a different market in my opinion
Stating the obvious I’m sure, but another big4 who needs people will happily pay a big salary bump to get you. They have to, otherwise why would you leave the place where you’ve built a network/reputation and know what you’re doing? (Unless you have a bad reputation and then I suppose you’re happy to start over 🙂). It’s really hard to get good experienced hires in PA (people are more likely to leave for industry), so the pay bump to switch PA firms is a given. Your salary will even back up with your peers after a year or two though.
It is the same logic that has 80 percent of drivers thinking they have above average driving abilities!
