Looks like you are on the upper band.. so hike may not be that much..
I would 107$ for a consultant is normal if you were hired from campus. My base became 112,000+ after my first year end ( excluding bonus ). With a 1, I would say you can easily expect a 10-15% bonus and a hike of 6-8%
What practice were you in OP ?

I was hired from campus and about to be promoted to SC and my base was 91. With 1's in there too....
Damn making almost as much as me if you get that raise (Manager, 2-1-1 last 3 years) fml.
I think it's confusing in here bc I'm willing to bet some ppl are advisory and some are consulting. Advisory doesn't have an analyst level....
