Has anybody else experienced (what seems like) irreversible physical damage from working long hours? I worked about a month of 19 hour days 2 years ago (this was the peak of the season where I worked at least 12 hours a day) and my facial skin hasn't really recovered and the experience really aged me.

Ordered a shroom grow kit and two kinds of spores. I've never taken them and always wanted to. Let's see if they do anything to rewire the brain like some people say!

Good recommendations for physical therapists in the area?

Went for a pre-employment drug test yesterday. They never asked me if I was on any medications. I had to ask them and was told "oh yeah, just put any you may think make a difference in this text box." I put Xanax, Flexeril, and gabapentin. All of which are prescribed and used as directed. Now I'm terrified that I should have put ALL my meds, to including my psych meds. I've been sober over 12 years and never touched drugs (just booze) but I'm having a full blown panic attack.

30 minutes into a two-hour review, I rescheduled it because I said I had a migraine, but it was really because I had the Kars-4-Kids song stuck in my head.

I’m a mess. My Bf Has surgery this week. I’m so scared one of the docs/nurses will have covid and pass it on to him. I cant sleep.

Can someone explain why alcohol is so debilitating on your health? I had a single drink and the next day at the gym I could feel that drink just wreaking havoc on my workout routine. Anyone have any tips on getting a balance?

I’ve been going through it this month. Was on Buspirone for 4 weeks which caused a n of depression. Now I just started Zoloft and I’m feeling extra anxious and hypersensitive. One of my colleagues made fun of an idea I suggested and I’m taking it way more seriously than I should. How did your journey go to get on meds and adjust to them? I hate feeling so up and down.

First time pregnant about 10weeks. Worried about exposure to Covid. We were at a wedding and most guests came down with Covid. Anyone heard about big risks to pregnancy this early on due to Covid?

Had a scratchy throat yesterday that has since gone, low grade fever all day today (99-99.9). Have felt off and spacey today, and had a headache which went away after taking Advil. Have an appt to get covid testing tomorrow. Test is thru my doc office and they said they’d have results within 24 hrs. Even so, I currently have severe anxiety about all of it. Anyone have advice for how to cope until I know exactly what’s going on with me? I feel like this stress isn’t good for my immune system.
