One question you should always ask. “The person that accepts this position, what do you expect from them in the first 90 days, in order to be successful?” Wait until the end of the interview to ask, because if they start contradicting what was said in the interview this will give you a bit of a red flag. This question will really get them to tell you exactly what they are looking for. And will usually not be asked by any other person. It will also make them think in their feet to answer. I asked this same question in an interview for the past 4 jobs I applied for. And was offered the job. I ended up turning down all 4 jobs. But the question helps you get noticed, and help you really
Understand what they are looking for.
I am a hireing manager, I have interviewed about 70-80 people in the last 4-5years. And not one has asked this question. I would hire them if they did. And I would have difficulty in answering the question on the spot and I ask it at every interview where I am The candidate.
You'll get the usual questions about a time you were stressed or a time you had a conflict with someone. All those usual behavioral questions. They also almost always ask why you think you'll be a good fit or why you want to work for HCA. So, make sure you're up to date on company news and such.
