Good time to sell Arkk and arkg?

For any of you real estate investors, what tools or sources did you learn from when getting started. Can’t find a mentor currently so want to find some highly recommended books or videos. If focused on the tri-state area (NY, NJ, Long Island mainly) that would be even better. My hope is to buy and rent out a apartment while also owning a house and house hacking that by renting part of it out. Trying to understand all the steps, traps, and how to find if it’s a good investment.

Well yes. Crypto is taxed like stocks & other types of property. When you sell for a profit, you are required to pay tax on the gains. It’s called capital gains tax.

NFT’s... no interest in buying them but very interested in buying into whatever it is that makes tick. I think there’s a lot of money to be made off of such a ridiculous investment. I love what I do in case management, for inmates working on reentry but I would like to explore other job roles and start making a better income. I’m really interested in tech and project management roles. I just do not know where to start far as getting my foot in the door with either industry. Help!! My bestfriend is doing two months abroad and was trying to fly into turkey when they told her she couldn't because her passport expired within three months.

She went to the US Embassay in Athens knowing she had a month left of traveling, and gave her an emergency passport and punched holes in her exsisting one. Now no country will let her in with her emergency passport.

Can her mom get her a passport in the US and ship it to her? Is there anyway around this?

I paid off all my debt (mostly student loans) earlier this year and haven’t changed my spending or lifestyle and the savings have been piling up. It’s getting addicting just watching it jump up after every paycheck. Feels amazing to no longer be in crippling debt and finally move on with my life.
