Google is my dream company. Always heard its very difficult to crack interviews. I am a system engineer aspiring towards IaaS(Infrastructure as a cloud). What all positions are available for me to get into Google? Is someone who can guide me if I have to excel in some other subjects to get into google. Also can someone put some light on the rounds of interview process? I always imagined that only very talented person get through and may be I am not so talented .

Hi fishes, I have recently attended an interview with Accenture India Accenture couple of days back and can see the candidature status is on hold after my 1st round of interview. Does this mean that they are waiting for others to complete their interview or am I rejected? If not ,how many days they tak appxm to make a decision. I am in a tech IC position. One of friends switched to FAANG by converting the profile to consultant profile. The friend who might have less tech knowledge than me is now in FAANG and earning more. If the end goal would be that the friend might one day be a product manager and me an engineering manager taking instructions from the same friend, isn't consultant profile an easier path to growth. Trying to narrow down my quarter life crisis. Currently I’m looking at a UX Design bootcamp, do people actually hire from these bootcamps?

I have a friend who was let go a few months into his first job after college (reason: the manager felt like he wasn't grasping the training content to the level that was expected). He's worried about if he should put the experience on his resume anyway, if he does will recruiters ask why he had such a short time at this place, and what will recruiters think if he explains he was let go. What are some things recruiters expect from candidates in this situation to continue considering them?
