I gave an interview in Accenture and the manager wants me to move to Hyderabad, but I'm comfortable with the Kolkata location. I've cleared two rounds and now the Hyd manager is telling me that if I move to Hyd otherwise they will not proceed with my application any further. Can anyone suggest to me what can be done here?
I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?

Is 30K equal or more than 40% of what you currently make? Because that’s what you need to set aside for taxes.
if you’re my boss plz don’t leave 🙏🏻
How solid is the client? No nice way to say this but you're at R/GA so this could be a great opportunity to get out of the agency world.
If it's work you are excited to do, and you are going to make more doing it (i.e. more than it costs to cover the benefits you'd be paying on your own), go for it. You'll be happier and better compensated. No?
Your benefits/PTO/401k contributions might be worth at least $30k. Financially you’ll probably end up breaking even...
Obamacare runs at like $500-1000 a month for a shitty unusable insurance policy. Look for 2-3x the money you make full time.
Looks like everyone from R/GA is encouraging you to leave. Do it!
Would you be unhappy or happy there? And would that be a greater level of happiness to where you currently are? I’d say it sounds too good to pass up!
Long term it probably makes more sense to go client side.
Jesus are you really crowd sourcing this? Nothing is going to change agency side. Go and be merry
No way. You’ll spend half that on insurance alone. Why make the move?
The work we do is the best part of any clients day. The rest of their jobs are filled with less freedom, entrepreneurial spirit and frankly, laid back attitude of achievement than here. So that’s a no go for me. And for only $30k ($18k or less after taxes and paying for health care and zero 401k contributions from the employer ) it hardly seems worth leaving a permanent job to what is in essence a freelance gig. But as you are clearly not happy here you should leave. Make room for people who love it here and committed to make it better.
