Got laid off back in May and am struggling to find another job still. I have gotten a good amount of interviews but nothing seems to work out. I would like to work in strategy/business operations, but am flexible about other types of roles. If anyone has any advice, I’d greatly appreciate it!

I am interviewing with a company. Last week, one week after the interview, my hiring manager reached out to me with a couple of clarifying questions. We talked then I sent him recommendation letters from my previous employers. He said that I should have an answer from them this week whether I get an offer or not.
