Until the new approval process came out I was a fan. now .... give me my accrued PTO back please.
I'm taking at least as much as the old limits - 17 associate, 22 senior, + the firm holidays. In my office PTO usage is actually up from PYs (in total). Not sure how that spread to the various levels. Although with the new PITA approval process - I feel like that is affecting my usage more than the politics of taking time off.
EY1 it varies by level. I think associates are supposed to hit 1800 & seniors 1500, though I'm not totally certain.
^That's for audit. Tax is 1625 for associate and somewhere around 1450 for senior
I took 29 days (not including holiday or appreciation days - the days between Christmas and New Years).
^Associate level in a large office, btw
28 days, senior, small office.
I took 15 my first year the plan was rolled out
I ended up taking less than 7 days.
How many hours are you expected to charge per year?
