Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I immediately felt demotivated as to ‘why now’ after all rounds have been cleared (continued in the comment below)

How do you start waking up early? Always been a night owl and sleep around 1. Wake up at 8/8:30 right before work starts.
I need to start waking up early to get into workout /yoga and meditation routine. I tried today and kept snoozing my alarm for 2 hours.
Weekend is way worse when I sleep around 3 wake up around 10/11

I’ve been at my (smaller) agency almost 5yrs and got one raise (a nice $12k bump) during that time—is that sufficient? Is one increase in that span normal? I also recognize being somewhere 5 years is rare these days. The honeymoon period at any agency seems to be 2.5—3yrs before bolting. Not complaining, just asking. I am so mentally checked out from Deloitte, mainly due to the combination of the low pay & demanding MD/Client. Have a few interviews ongoing but no offer yet.
