Winter enjoying the beautiful summer day!!
Enjoy it while it lasts!

Hello all,
Would like to know specifically about Queer inclusion at SocGen Societe Generale. What is the attitude of mangers and HRs towards treating LGBTQ identifying candidates? Is company really inclusive or it’s just a lip service? Considering an offer with the company but being an out and proud Queer woman, super anxious and concerned.

Hail no. But why would you wait? Send that shit now
Nah
I always send it the next day no matter what day or holiday it is. They will see it when they see it. The important thing is you sent the note within 24 hours
They don’t have Monday off if they are 8hours ahead
They could if OP is outside the U.S., though.
Why can’t you send it now? They can look at it on Tuesday.
They’re more likely to see and read it during non-working hours when other emails aren’t flooding in
Doesn't matter when you send it. Just send it. Can't tell you how many people never send anything. Or they send these childishly written snail mail thank you notes. Don't do that please. A short email thanking for their time and why you want the job now more than ever is all that is needed. 2 sentences or two paragraphs. Doesn't matter.
I like to leave it more than a day, especially if you know they are interviewing other people after you/that week. I want them to remember me in the midst of the other interviews.
Just don’t send it at your 3AM where it looks like you stayed up all night trying to craft a couple of sentences or worse. I’ve gotten that and it struck me as off. Even if you do that, send it later when the sun is up like you’re just taking care of business before you head out.
I think this also. It just looks weird. On Gmail, you can schedule emails with Boomerang to send in the morning.
Send it now!
Oh hmmmm, i feel like I read somewhere to send during business hours?
What was the reason? I think either way here is fine, but if you’re worried about Tuesday being too late then I think sending now (or Monday) is fine. They’ll see it when they check their work emails and I can’t imagine they’ll be displeased to see a thank you note.
Soooo, are you like in Western Australia or Southeast Asia? If you are in the US the is a pretty funny post for people to be taking seriously and commenting on
