That's great, congratulations! Certifications don't always guarantee that you'll land a great job, but they do provide credibility and those certs will be helpful to you. Best of luck going forward!
Thanks! By mastering these, I will bridge the gap between application performance and business software functions, identify network/security constraints, and be a more effective and comprehensive software and systems expert, integrator, & instructor.
I will offer real-world context to participating IT teams from the Insurance and Software perspective to optimize software; not just as code efficiency, but in the context of how that software operates across multiple platforms protocols, and software vendor packages..
How are you using that in Insurance?
Great Question; Do you have an Agency Management System (AMS)?? Most Agencies do. And many agencies don’t take full advantage of the features and functions of these systems to actually bring office efficiency, better customer service and E&O protection and profitability to their agency investment.
As an insurance Agency Management Systems(AMS) instructor & consultant I am often tasked with assisting with conversions of AMS systems, developing work flows, working with add-on & integrated systems (MS 360, DocuSign, rating) and so on.
I offer real-world context to participating IT teams from the Insurance and Software perspective to optimize software; not just as code efficiency, but in the context of how that software operates across multiple platforms protocols, and software vendor packages.
I can also optimize Agency Management Systems (AMS) and other software workflows & components to optimize performance, and teach functional and technical concepts with practical, real-world context. I also understand security protocols to identify if performance issues are caused by security bottlenecks (e.g., inefficient encryption) or misconfigured firewalls.
