Not sure if this will be helpful, but this just my take. Honestly, it depends on what your goals are and what opportunities you want to be able to take on in the future. From what I can tell, Salesforce is not going to be losing demand anytime soon. It is still a great area to be an expert in and it has lots of transferable skills that will allow you to find a consutling or technical architect role in other verticals. However, if I was looking for a change, I would try to be a little more strategic in my approach rather than looking for the next cert to take. I would ask myself what position or goal do I want to achieve and how do I want to create value? What skills do I need to develop in order to achieve this goal? And then execute. You might find that you need another certification or it just might be a new skill that you could attain at the organization you are in. There are lots of options, but you'll be able to filter out the unnecessary ones by just analyzing yourself and the opportunities you want to take on first.
I only see more demand for salesforce experts, agile/pm certs are a dime a dozen
Following too! I have also thought of getting more certs like agile methodologies, project management, etc.
Take advantage of your education benefits where ever you work. Go and get a Master or something.
Agile certs beyond CSM/CSPO are garbage. SAFe is somewhat useful but stupidly expensive each year for zero value.
PMP is always a good one to have. As waterfall as people say it is, they have added a ton of agile to the courseware.
SF stuff is not going anywhere. Just because the laid people off doesn’t mean the product is bad. We have an amazing product and it will continue moving into other orgs.

a lot more transferable skill set.
I joined Salesforce about 6 months ago, and literally haven’t been in a client org since joining.
Agree, move away to something else that's not platform specific.
The thought crossed my mind
CSM/Agile and Snowflake from a technical aspect
