Has anyone moved from a humid climate to a dry climate, and did your skin totally freak out?

I live in a very dry place and have to fly to a humid client destination every other week, and my skin is so bad

I suffer from depression. Currently on 150mg Venafaxcine. It seems my depression is worse in the day and I come alive at night. Has anyone experienced this with or without Venafaxcine?

I have realized I need to cut my drinking way down. I don’t drink every day and won’t crave a drink when I’m sober but it’s like once I start I don’t typically stop.
