Hi fishes, I attempted an interview for software engineer post at Amdocs. I cleared the first round of interview and later contacted the recruiter for the same. The recruiter replied by saying they will let me know once panel will be available.
It’s been around 2 weeks I haven’t heard from the recruiter.
Can anyone guide me and help me with the same?

Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

Did 4 rounds of interviews. Last 2 with 2 partners at EY. Haven’t heard back even after 1 month. One partner even commented “you will be a good addition to the team”. Hiring manager gave EY email after her interview call with me.
Fast forward two weeks, no communication. Recruiting was surprised that I was still chasing for this position, month later. Got to know last week that hiring team was continuing to interview candidates. Should I drop the idea to get hired? EY hasn’t rejected me yet.
I have interview scheduled and completed from Commonwealth Bank Bangalore location. All technical rounds cleared.
When I called HR i got a surprise answer..
They mentioned the position which I have intervied is different than the salary rem ranges. And my current salary is higher than position what they have got and asked for approval for rem ranges changes..
Is any one faced this? Ideally HR should know expectation and allocation before scheduling intervjew..

Everyone wants experience and there are dozens of applicants out of the hundreds who applied who are a "perfect match" so there's no need to talk to anyone who doesn't fit the bill.
Literally hundreds of thousands of people have been laid off in recent years, and you are competing with well-qualified candidates who are trying to get back to work.
It's just as tough if not harder for experienced hires like myself, when you slather some good ol' ageism on top.
I've been applying daily for more than 5 months now to roles that I have years of direct experience in, have only had a handful of interviews, and no offers to date.
I’ve been more or less stuck in this position and it doesn’t matter what I implement or succeed at, bosses always say you’re not good enough. It’s their way of saying you’re going nowhere as there are no positions but they make it like a personal problem.
