Hi. Anyone there?
Additional Posts in Consulting
Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

Don't think consulting is worth it at all
Layoff can happen to almost anyone. Go back into the market in a strong place, proud of your credentials. You will be snapped up in no time.
Sorry for your troubles. If you're a Consultant level, you have enough experience to jump to industry if you'd like as well, or go back and get your MBA. My friend jumped from Big 4 to Oliver Wyman, they're doing a huge drive to hire experienced analysts/consultants and liked the environment there much better. He just explained that he was in a tough spot but brought along copies of his performance reviews and had two recommendation letters from PPDs he worked with vouching for him. That worked and got him the job.
No, but ended up at an awesome boutique. In my case consulting spend in my industry was weak, so none of the big 4 were hiring at the time.
Cast a wide net and see where your skills line up with market needs. Lots of firms out there providing professional services as well as many available industry roles.
