Also, it sounds like a good way to get some technology and consulting skills but I'm worried it would be too dumbed down and not have great transferable skills outside PA... but wondering what others think
Op- just 6 folks here. But it's 500 people out of 52,000. Almost like the lottery. There will probably be nepotism/politics in the selection.
Curious to know how they select the candidates. I’m sure everyone has different digital backgrounds. An associate may have more data analytical skills than a manager.
