Hello,
I had my interview with Infosys for .net full stack developer.
It went well and i am hoping for a positive response.
Want to know how much should I expect Or at what pkg should I negotiate with them.
I am thinking of proposing 13-15 LPA negotiable.
4 YOE and 7 LPA currently

Bain & Company I’m currently prepping for Bain & Company and McKinsey & Company interviews scheduled in the next 2 months. For those that interviewed with both, how would you suggest I tailor my preparation for each one? I understand McKinsey is interviewer led while Bain is the opposite. But other than that, is there anything else I should work on separately for each one?
Cleared Accenture Skill interview by answering almost all the questions and received congratulatory mail for HR round and submitting all documents. Then after a week received a call from HR saying that due to some technical issue, the skills round will happen again and an online assessment was set up. In the assessment, questions which were not directly related to the profile were asked and then a rejection mail was received. Does this happen a lot?

Crossroads Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. I have been with the organization almost 6 years and have accomplished achievement of my MSL (Masters Strategic Leadership) and LOVE the organization…BUT…I am not having any success in moving into a new position…my interviews are great experiences but it seems to be a pattern of not being selected yet encouraged to continue applying…received information from a mentor/manager to ask for candid feedback…when is enough…ENOUGH??

I would ask about revenue concentration. I used to work for a small firm (<300 people) and 5 clients made up more than 80% of revenue. That can lead to some serious issues when one of those clients is lost, scales back etc.
This I was at similar place 54 Million across 4 major clients - one scaled back and it crazy distorted the company
I'd just express some of the benefits of a big firm and ask what the other firm can do to provide similar experience/resources/training etc
That's a very good point M1. Thanks
Balance of risk and reward - I turned down a similar offer with a % of company. They got bought a year later and I would have been a paper millionaire. Not bitter...much ;)
Yup same here - boutiques are ok in the latter half of your career but early on - in your 30s ,or early 40s better to be in larger organizations
The big concern about working for a small firm is that you are highly dependent on 3-4 most senior people, and one of them could be an asshole. If you don't click, you can be out. At a large firm you can move around and there are formal processes so that no one asshole has so much power over your career
They have signed a few big clients in my industry. And in my previous interviews with managers and PLs they have told me about multiple different projects going on. How do I assess the risk profile of the firm. I am looking to move to a smaller firm (better growth oops etc) but a firm w/headcount < 100 is concerning. Though the firm is huge (over 700) in Europe.
Another good point D2. But my experience at Deloitte hasn't been awesome either. Agree some partners are great but the ones I have to depend in most of the time aren't so good. No support whatsoever
Sorry to hear. Been with the firm for 8 awesome years and I have only worked with one asshole partner
