Hi fishes, I declined the offer from Pwc AC bangalore on July 28th by sending an email to HR, communicated the same to us_pwc_ac_bangalore_recruitment_services@pwc.com. But I keep getting these emails to complete pre-hiring formalities and daily reminders for the same. How can I make them update the status in system? Also are there repercussions of rejecting an offer. I rejected 3 days after acceptance. PwC Pwc AC

Bain & Company Hi all, I am interested in making the move to the Middle East, however starting from august/September. What do you think are the prospects for the future in the region? Do you envisage a hiring freeze or are companies still going strong? Thanks!McKinsey & Company Boston Consulting Group Kearney Bain & Company

I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Typically your questions would be delivery focussed but some questions you can ask as basic checks.
What firm/project specific methodologies do they follow? What is the business value and vision of whatever they are asking you to deliver? Has anyone done a CBA? What is the monetary impact of the project?
Typically these questions get lost in the hustle but always helpful to have this info at hand.

Missing some data here. What was the impact of your not asking “enough” questions?

Nothing, I had a micromanager that really screwed with my head. I’m new in my career, in consulting I got positive reviews on every engagement. I joined tech and my manager critiqued everything I did. So I had an in depth knowledge of the product/software/team, but since I wasn’t asking questions it came off as “I didn’t want to be there”

Questions. Good ones. Think about them. Ask them.
I recommend the book or audio for The First 90 Days. It is an amazing guide that answers exactly this.
