So a recruiter approached me a while ago for a more technology oriented position, but I need some advice on how to handle technical interviews with Google (have one coming very soon) since I butchered the last one a few years back (as a freshman) and I haven't done a technical coding interview in quite a while... Does anyone have any tips or advice? Or know anything that I can expect and prepare for?

Feeling a little lost in my new role as program manager. Any advice or recs?

So I recently interviewed for an associate PM role with my current company. I’ve been a store manager with them for 11 years. During the interviews, I felt like things were growing great and the feedback I got at the end was great. You’d think given my time knowing the product/ company for so long, that I’d be a great fit but I got rejected and haven’t gotten feedback probably will get ghosted. Should I shoot my shot and advocate for myself with the hiring manager either way?
