Hello, I have a Art History degree(2020 grad). The area I am in doesn't have any museums hiring! I just became a substitute teacher. Seeking a Masters/license in Special Education! I have my status of eligibility to teach Art K-12 but have not received any offers to be an Art teacher. Parents don't want me to get my license yet(since the car insurance went up etc). My TC has fluctuated (currently around 135K CAD), but it seems like it's relatively easy to breach the 100K bar, but hard to breach the 150K bar. I now work at the CBC, but I have worked in the private sector too. Procedural question. I represent a hospital. Codefendant is a company that manufactures breast implants. Case was venued in NY state Supreme Court. Manufacturer defendant transferred case to MDL (we hadn’t answered yet). Plaintiff gave me stip of discontinuance with prejudice but now since case was removed I am unsure how to proceed. Do I file the stip in state court still? Does MDL have jurisdiction over the hospital? Can a hospital even be part of a MDL lawsuit? Very confused! Thank you!!!

But I'll start a new job in 2 weeks where I'll be under taxable bracket. I’m graduating in December, with a background in environmental economics and policy. Consulting didn’t work out this cycle. Made it to final rounds for Bain and Kearney but in the end didn’t get an offer.
