I have received offer from Shell and SAP labs is in final stage salary discussion. Shell is offering 6 lacs more than @SAP labs. I have tried to negotiate a lot from SAP but they are not ready. They are putting conditions like give your full commitment to join then only we'll release offer letter. I am currently looking for work life balance with growth. Should I join @SAP considering its a Product based and good WLB and learning? Teck Stack - Java/Micro-services/cloud YOE - 11yrs

I hope everything goes well for you as you take on caregiving for your mom. It’s a reality so many of us are/will face.
Project management and instructional design/eLearning development are my two (or three) kneejerk recommendations. Former teachers tend to have a lot of transferrable skills here. Pay and remote flexibility tend to be pretty good. Caveat: Be willing to put in 3-12 months upskilling/rebranding yourself/building portfolio/networking, and possibly some cash. The grind and financial investment varies for everyone, but if you plan on working a while longer it might be worthwhile for you. The search filters on sites like Google/Glassdoor/Linkedin/Monster/Indeed can be useful to learn more about salaries, number of opportunities for certain role levels in a specified area, full/part-time/contract work, and remote availability.
Oh, I also have a friend who became Salesforce certified and transitioned into a remote gig after that, utilizing that platform in their new role. Customer service and event coordination background. This was 1-2 years ago so I’m not sure how those opportunities look now. Might be less of a time and money investment than the other possibilities I mentioned.
Hope this helps your brainstorming! You’ve pivoted once so I know you can do it again if it’s what you desire!
I agree with the above but would caution you to not be transparent about caregiving. Most contracts forbid it and can leverage that point to let you go.
Have you considered leveraging different e commerce based platforms?
There’s quite a few out there from Amazon to others that have been around for decades.
