Hello! Just curious if anyone could offer any advice. I’ve worked at a dealership the last 15 years and I’m hoping to switch into medical sales. (Really hoping to work for Stryker because I hear the culture is amazing) Only problem I see is I don’t have a degree and most positions in medical sales require a degree. What are the odds I’ll be considered? Any thing I can do to mitigate my lack of qualifications?

Anyone have first hand experience with travel medical insurance? Looking to purchase for a short trip but finding so many mixed reviews from people that have had to actually try and use it. Appreciate any recommendations!

People at my company claim to be supportive, promote great work culture but there’s actually no support at all just bunch of bs. I am in a situation where im not getting the support from my supervisors, BDs and everyone is fake all the time. I am genuinely putting in the work and not getting the benefits I deserve. Pivoting away from Sales: I’ve been in sales positions for 15 years, and I’m just exhausted by the role (disputing commissions, arguing about deals, all of it). Senior leadership is so unforgiving that I fear by giving notice, I’ll be asked to leave and lose out on two weeks pay.

Probably also because we get few leads and I have to do a lot of building pipeline from scratch. I'm thinking about taking some online courses to try to move over to cyber security, what would be the easiest step that way career wise- preferably also away fro sales?
