Due to a family situation we are looking to move to a different state. Normally we would sell our current home and buy a new home in our new location. I also literally just started contributing to my 401K so I’m also late in the game for that too.

I was thinking of buying a condo or 2 in lieu of saving and selling them down the line for tuition. Condos downtown are pretty inexpensive (T3) so it’s financially feasible.
