After finishing my masters degree in digital marketing, I had to work in a different field due to financial & personal reasons. My goal is to gain experience in the ✨online store management✨. I graduated almost 3 years ago, and being in my 30's, I feel a little too old to be an intern; I live off manager salary and cannot live on intern pay, but I want to switch sectors and do what I love. Entry level jobs that looked for 3+ years turned me down. Can you advise, help? 🥲

Might want to move into consulting one day with ultimate aim of MBB but also enjoy technical coding work, particularly in credit risk / counterparty credit risk in banking — could use some fresh perspective ; quite confused atm as interested in many things! Is anyone utterly confused about what they want to do long-term?

What can I do outside the office to boost my resume and be a substantially more attractive candidate for top consulting firms in ~12 months time. Working in disputes and valuation role but want to go into management consulting next year (post MBA role). I feel like my job isn’t enough because skills aren’t considered as transferable outside this field.

I’ve been a creative strategist, account manager (both agency) and an ad sales operations manager (television/digital media) and I’m tired of bouncing around. Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. She has since left the company, but there’s crazy turnover in the company & in the HR department in particular. Just that an HR coordinator resigned. Is it worth going back into a dumpster fire w/ no leadership to gain experience?

Salam. 23M here - all my life I’ve had my back on our faith - never really prayed but had imaan (I guess).
