Got an offer with Standard chartered bank with 18.5 inhand and Barclays with 20 inhand. Standard Chartered as Specialist - Product Engineer and Barclays as BA4 Both are mentioned as promotions. Which one would be better to go? based on benefits and promotion given to me? In Fidelity investments, we will be getting year end gifts.. will any company provide such benefits?
Does anyone here work for Silicon Valley Bank? They recently acquired Boston Private. I’m a candidate for a job at Boston Private. Wondering if SVB is planning layoffs in the near term at BP? Also, does anyone know the anticipated benefits to be rolled out from SVB as the parent company? Specifically interested in health insurance providers. Thanks in advance for any information! Hey brand side bowl! Hope it’s ok to post this brand side role here. A recruiter reached out to me for a social media strategist role at OnePlus in Dallas, however I’m not looking to move.
I told her I knew some qualified people, she gave me the Job description: https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/1918378739
She also said if any qualified applicants are interested they can message her directly:

I know times are hard so pass this along to social people who might need a gig
Very interesting read today.
Hmm…what’s wrong with this picture? 🤔

Office attendance is 2 days per week. Not sure on the pat policy
The paternity leave is quite good. If I recall you get 4 weeks paternity, but you can also take shared parental leave where they can top up your pay to full for 18 additional weeks (though it does mean your partner has to give up some leave). So you can have around 22 weeks with full pay.
