Hi all. I have been trying to get into customer support with tech companies as management for awhile. The big issue seems to be not having Zendesk experience. I know Zendesk offers certifications which I have contemplated doing to help strengthen my resume since I have never used the platform.

Anyone ever done these certs? Is having a cert enough to know how to handle Zendesk? Would it help me at least get interviews and opportunities?

Is Google open to remote? Interviewed within the healthcare research department, waiting to hear back from recruiter on next steps.

What level Azure certification do recruiters start to express interest in? Administrator? Dev? Anything more advanced than fundamentals?

Can I still work as a telemarketer even though I have a noticeable accent? People don't say they can't understand me but they seem relieved when they get to talk to somebody else. My boss acts like I'm not very good at the job and I think it's because some customers think I am an "outsider," for lack of a better term. I just want to fit in.
