I'm an Oracle DBA with 5 years of experience. I have 3 more years until I get a pension and then I want out of DBA work. I've been researching GRC analyast / IT auditor type roles and am interested in pursing this as the next step in my career. I want to use these 3 years to develop myself to be qualified for these type of roles so I can transition. I plan to study for and get the CISA certification, but aside from that what else can I do to improve my competitiveness for these jobs?

Just scored 700 on my GMAT and I feel like a bag of crap. For reference, I put in 300+hrs into my studying, which is overkill but the course I signed up for took this long.

I wanted to use this to strengthen my app to BCG as an experienced hire and possibly for an MBA in the future.

For the MBA programs I'm looking at this score is fine but is this a score that can help my BCG app in a MCOL Canadian city?

What is your take on the PROSCI certification (on the company's dime of course)?

I decalred FBP, and the amount got deducted from my salary.
Now I can see I am eligible for some amount under FabP. What is it and when will I get it?
What exactly is the funda of it?
Let say I am eligible for x amount in FBP LTA. And some y of x got deducted in a specific month, now that y portion is showing in FBP tab to upload the bill.

What if in case I have LTA bill which is exceeding x amount itself, do I need to raise reimbursement request every month th with same bill?
