I left Cognizant and my last drawn salary was 10.75 LPA.
I also had 2 othe offers:
Capgemini : 18.5 + 1.5 lpa
Techm: 17 + 1.5 lpa

I work as a SAP ABAP developer with 7 years experience. I chose IBM due to work life balance and exposure to SAP.

Kindly suggest if the decision was good or not

Hey guys! Currently in WM ops at Morgan Stanley for the past 1 year dealing with alternative lending, I’m super underpaid with 3 years of experience which is very frustrating. (73k). Have been at Morgan for 1 year and looking to come over to JPM for an ideal pay bump, but would like to get into IB type roll. Any insight on what I should expect or how to go about applying? Been having trouble moving on since girlfriend ended relationship 3 weeks ago after 2+ years of dating. Interviews with a private credit / direct lending / distressed real estate group have been going on for 6 weeks and now I’m waiting for the the final decision. During my tenure at TCS, I hadn't linked Aadhaar with UAN because the aadhaar mandate was happening around the time of my resignation.. After resigning from TCS, I took a 3 year break from my job for personal reasons.
In the meantime, EPFO had migrated most of the processes from offline to online.
Then i joined EY where I was told that it was my responsibility to link aadhaar with UAN.
Further, I can't see any entry from EY in my PF passbook. I can see the TCS entry but can't mark my exit.
