Current CTC is 18.75 LPA + 2.3L joining bonus.
I left Cognizant and my last drawn salary was 10.75 LPA.
I also had 2 othe offers:
Capgemini : 18.5 + 1.5 lpa
Techm: 17 + 1.5 lpa

I work as a SAP ABAP developer with 7 years experience. I chose IBM due to work life balance and exposure to SAP.

Kindly suggest if the decision was good or not

I am an incoming third year associate in an AmLaw 20 firm at New York. Although I do enjoy the work, I’m constantly questioning myself and my abilities. The work hours are quite bad too. I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?
