No doubt Novartis
Novartis.
Go for Novartis
I work at sandoz that's a spin off from Novartis. My company is filled with so many such people who joined here from Novartis.
I see people everywhere every day blocking their calendar with meetings without any agenda, discussing nothing productive during the meeting and not even sending the minutes of meeting after any meeting. By doing that they ensure they show themselves busy but nothing actually gets done, truly masters of procrastination and bluffing games.
Still a senior manager gets paid about 55lpa fixed, associate director about 70 fixed. Tell me, why will you not join such companies?
The only people who suffer in the game are people like me, who think how to get some bloody work done
The situation is very different now, it's no longer the same company it used to be. Over the past year, the culture has been significantly diluted due to frequent hiring and layoffs, constant reorganizations, and increasing internal politics. The overall work environment has changed considerably.
Amgen if you are good in your craft, novartis if you love politics
