Hi everyone! Starting in January I’m going to be looking for a new agency job. This is my first time post-college looking for a job (I’ve been at my current agency for about 2.5 years) so I’m a bit rusty. What do you think the best places to start looking are. LinkedIn? Should I just start reaching out to ppl at agencies I’m interested in who work in my desired role for informational interviews? Should I be looking for recruiters? Any advice would be appreciated :)

I was just informed after the third round of interviews they’d like at least 5 references, two must be supervisors. My last job was a temporary remote job where I didn’t really interact with my supervisor and the jobs before that were at my family’s business (I do not speak to any of them for serious personal reasons.) Anything before that was grad school and I haven’t kept in contact with any professors from over five years ago. What should I do? 😕

Interviewed for Meta exactly 2 weeks ago today. Contacted the recruiter last Tuesday and they said they were waiting to hear back from the hiring manager to discuss the interview results. I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. I’m a senior planner leading one brand and there’s a new strategist on the team working on a sister brand.
