Hi EY friends. I’m thinking of making the jump from pwc. I’m currently pregnant. I am wondering what your benefits looks like for parental leave? Do you also offer short term disability/leave before your due date. For example pwc does 2 weeks before due date, 6(8for C-section) weeks post birth - all disability. Then 12 weeks of parental leave. Is EY just 16 weeks total or follows something similar?

Did any associates take paternity leave last year? How did it effect your bonus if you beat your "reduced" goal but didn't meet the original goal?

Fo getting the reimbursement what is the process? Just submit normally through insurance? FAQ says participate in managed fertility program. What does that mean?

Has anyone had any issues getting a response back from pathways. They are not responding to my emails when I ask for assistance.

Do we know if there is a sponsoring partner that oversees this benefit/ program that I could have more of a heart to heart conversation with? Not getting too far with the general email box and admin contact. From the benefit policy documentation, my understanding is that EY reimburses employees for surrogacy / adoption related expenses up to $50k lifetime. Has anyone dealt with submitting domestic adoption costs for reimbursement? Do we just email them our receipts as the expense has occurred. Is there forms to fill out as well? I just started the process and made my first payment and want to know how to submit.

About a year into our infertility journey and considering switching from my husband's company's benefits to EY's to take advantage of the 50K lifetime benefit. I know I would need to switch to EY coverage, but does my husband also haveto be on EY's insurance to have IVF costs fully reimbursed?

We are just starting out on our adoption journey and have sent in some initial bills from our adoption attorney to the Pathways email address. Does anyone know how long it usually takes to hear back from that inbox? It's been about a week so far.

I am wanting to start the adoption process. I reached out to pathways to parenthood for information first from my personal email. I got a response within 30 min asking me to email them back from my work email. I did so and it has now been 3 days with no response. Is there any other way of contacting them?

How do maternity benefits work for NJ? 16 weeks paid leave?

I have been finding a number of providers that are in-network (UHC) but the surgery centers are out of network and I was told that I have to use in-network. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I'm not seeing how much use the benefit is when the most expensive part is out of network.
