does wipro pays for notice period recovery , I preponed my release date from current org and I see that as recovery amount in my provisional f&f , I have sent a couple of emails, talked to wipro HR a couple of times asking if they shall pay for recovery but their response has been non committal so far , what should I do so I could get the notice period recovery done , the DU am going to, hiring manager from that told that it could be claimed but HR has not given anything in written so far?

Reviewing a salary offer for a Benefits Manager position in Greensboro, NC industry is retail. Offer made of $95k with 18% bonus. I have 16 YOE, degree in Business, and PHR and Shrm certification. Potential employer has 10k plus employees. I will have two reports and will report directly to the Director of Total Rewards. Any thoughts or advise on offer made? Asking for advice- I’ve realized consulting is not the path for me long term and have had plans to quit.
