Total exp - Mtech + 4.3 years
Current CTC - 15 lpa
I still have 15 days of notice period left. Is it a decent offer or I need to negotiate still ? If yes , how much I should ask ?

How much max KPMG (KGS) would pay to a senior consultant for tech stack - Salesforce? YOE - 5 years

I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.
