I’m currently unemployed since April 25, 2025. I’ve got an offer from Moody’s at the same pay as my last job—disappointing given my domain expertise. HR cited market conditions and wasn’t open to negotiation. It’s a hybrid role with rotational shifts, free gym & OPD.

Anaptyss is offering 21.5L fixed + shift allowance but it’s a strict night shift from office with no WFH. They want immediate joining, while Moody’s is more laid-back.

What should be my next steps?

I interviewed at Google and cleared all onsite interviews back in July. Then came the hiring freeze and my role was de-prioritized. Now I'm being called for another position which I applied through the same recruiter before for the same group but different role. My question is will Google reuse the positive feedback and will it help/add value to this new position?

How many days does in-person onboarding activities occur?

I used to be one of the main journalists for Spanish media, but since I moved to Miami I feel the general passion for soccer is very different 🥲 The energy and commitment are not even close to what I felt in Spain, where some businesses would close if the match was too important.
