Tech stack: React JS (frontend developer)

YOE: 3 Years

US International Grad on last year of opt. Employer is applying for H1B this year.

If my firm is willing to move me to their Canada practice, what would be the visa process?

Have offer from Tech Mahindra and NTT data For SAP MM profile.

Tech M is paying more by 20%.

I was informed that I have cleared all rounds with CITI and was asked to share documents on 21st April. Post that received couple of calls from recruiter to apply on some job link and just basic discussion about current CTC and expected CTC, etc. Neither had a proper salary discussion nor received any update on offer letter yet... Help me get over my covid anxiety: had plans with a friend but they got exposed to covid. Got a neg rapid test but feel like they have a sore throat and still want to hang. Given rapids don’t necessarily detect omicron plus the symptoms, I’m a bit concerned. I’m WAAAY more cautious than most when it comes to covid (not doing indoor events yet, still masking). We’d be outdoors anyways, so do I put my anxiety aside and risk it or ask them to get a PCR and just postpone to next week?
