The majority of the positions that I have previously worked are combined closer and customer service positions, completing end-to-end sales including the hunt, the close and the retention process!

So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? I need help immediately! So I just got an offer from Gartner, but I am also interviewing with Google, Microsoft, and Tik Tok.

I am prepping for a final loop at Microsoft but told Gartner I have an offer to make negotiations more in my favor.

Is it bad to accept an offer from Gartner then finish the interviews at another company higher on my list and accept the other offers(Google/Microsoft) instead?

& Can I push for my compensation without presenting the other offers?

I prepared a presentation for an interview with a sales leader, it went well and I was offered a final interview with regional manager. The sales leader I interviewed with gave me a bunch of feedback, but said to find out information about tech stack, which I for some reason, didn’t consider. I come to find out that deep, hidden within the website of the hypothetical client, they use the service already. Do I roll into the final interview and play dumb or do i present and then come clean?
