Hey everyone! I wanted to put feelers out there for how much account executives with 2 plus years of sales in medial sales software are getting paid.

Joined Ericsson a year ago. Learned new things but not enough. Thinking of leaving it and join some other org. What do you think? I wanted some on-site opportunities but so far nothing.
I know the raise will be in between 5-10%. But the part I missed the most is learning. I can use their portal but that is all theory and can’t do much if they don’t provide the time for it .

With a shift in Corporate direction, our comp/bonus/incentive plan had historically been based on overall opportunity booking values. The Corporate shift is to drive more ARR and client migration sales (from legacy products, looking for modernization). With that, the booking values for these are significantly lower than net new deals. Has anyone been involved in a paradigm shift like this and proven that the paid incentives/bonuses end up comparable with more deals at less overall dollar value?

ISO guidance: I have an offer for an Executive Recruiter + BDM role (Engineering, construction, architecture, real estate) 100k Base, 225k OTE. I'm also nearing the final interviews with a Series B Startup Real Estate SaaS company as well: AE role, 65k base, 250k OTE. I'm torn as I've wanted to get back into tech sales for a while, but the offer for the Recruiting role speaks volumes. Fellow enterprise tech sales fish, I’m interested to hear your perspective. I’ve been in a rut lately and seriously considering leaving sales. I think it’s primarily fueled by one thing:
After a 6 mo cycle I closed a large deal (4x the average deal size) prior to receiving delayed 2022 comp plans. The deal counts as a 2022 deal. On last years comp plan it would’ve paid out at 10%. This year it pays out at a measly 4%.

How do you/have you navigated your way through and out of these situations?
