My second round of interview from infosys is completed today.Panelist gave good feed back to me.If i cleared this round, when can i expect call from HR

Principal called me into his office in the middle of my work day to let me know I did not get the K job I interviewed for & that he had no intention of ever considering me for the job. He told me I wasn't professional because I went for walks on my lunch time, I left the building when my contractual hours were done, I didn't use any of my spare time seeing if he needed me to sub anywhere, also encouraged me to apply for all upcoming jobs but would never get them :) How toxic is your work place?

Hi! I recently applied to TCS and ended up appearing twice for Java technical interview (TCS RIG & TCS IoT DE) and cleared both. Now I need to fill up details on iBegin before HR discussion. Am I going to lose my job opportunity?

For RIG I applied through recruiter. For IoT DE I was contacted by an HR saying that it's no problem appearing for another interview unless i hear feedback from 1st one.

I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

I work on short-term projects with very scrutinized budgets, yet my utilization is supposed to be 100%, so my hours are scrutinized by the teams I work with and leadership. I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. I tried to renegotiate with one of a reputed firm after accepting the offer letter due to the CTC that they offered is 30% less than avg pay for the same role and experience and in return HR said that due to I discussed my CTC with my friends HR team can take compliance issue and they can revoke the given offer. Will they withdraw my offer letter due to this renegotiation and discussing CTC with friends. What will be the impact of this. I am really worried now

So I got an offer from capgemini worth x amount.I have got an offer from Wipro as well that Is x+2 amount.I have already sent a mail of the other offer to the hr of Capgemini to renegotiate and have asked them x+3 they say it is in the approval process and the approval is not happening.I feel the process is unnecessarily getting delayed,is it like they are playing safe and would release the letter when I have very less notice period left??

Why are IT firms not following salary multipliers across all YOE?

Say for a particular tech skill, they will give 20lpa to someone with 4 to 5 YOE, but for someone with 10 YOE and same skill sets, the cieling is fixed at 35lpa. Why is YOE*4 not applicable here?
