I have settled my credit cards in the past due to financial issues and even I haven't payed on time multiple times due to which my credit score has dropped drastically. I earn around 2 lakhs now per month. How do I improve my cibil score quickly. I have pending balance of around 4 lakhs. I am trying to take loan but keeps rejecting due to less cibil. I'm 22 and planning to take a life insurance. I'm comparing all policies and max life seems attractive as it has good claim settlement ratio and less premiums. But there is no office near our area. My worry is that if there is a need to claim in future, it can be done all online by my nominee? Is it recommended to take policy online in any platform(like policybazaar)?

Previously my HRA amount was 96000 per annum so I was submitting a rental agreement of full hra without giving pan card details of myself and first party.

Now I have recently joined a new company and here hra is 2.7LPA.

How can I claim the full hra amount? I live in a rented house where agreement is between owner and my dad. Also owner will not accept for a fake agreement too.
