You are doing decently and increase your sip from 30k to 45k since your package is lot high. Also plan a car with 12-15L you should be fine since you dont have any other loans
Most importantly add your spouse income also( if working) since exact FIRE number can be figured out easily and can achieve that quickly, keep growing and earn 😊
On buying flat make sure your total emi don't cross 35% of your inhand salary ( if spouse working) then combined salary and keep the tenure to 10Y or even lesser

Took 2 months but today my refund was initiated by Goibibo.

Hello everyone, need a help from you.

Previously my HRA amount was 96000 per annum so I was submitting a rental agreement of full hra without giving pan card details of myself and first party.

Now I have recently joined a new company and here hra is 2.7LPA.

How can I claim the full hra amount? I live in a rented house where agreement is between owner and my dad. Also owner will not accept for a fake agreement too.

Any other alternative do I have to claim HRA? Your inputs are welcome here

My worry is that if there is a need to claim in future, it can be done all online by my nominee? Is it recommended to take policy online in any platform(like policybazaar)?
Other options I'm considering are SBI life, HDFC life which offices are available in my locality.

1. Where do I even start?
2. What %age of income should I invest?

I hope I'm not late.

* Large cap mutual funds - 6 (total 40K sip per month) current portfolio of 4L
* FDs - 2 of 25K each
*Medical insurance - company provided

Can someone advice if this is a good investment plan for future? What can I do better? Do I need another Insurance? Where else to invest?
