Recently I got call from my project manager to return to office from next month and I need to relocate to other state since there is no project ODC at my base location. I said am not willing to relocate due to family dependency. Am not sure how my PM will get back to me on this.
Any suggestions in this situation?

I have a dumb question... I have my first jury trial coming up in a few months. It's a 3-day auto accident trial. I'm the plaintiff attorney. My question is, should I have my client present the entire three days, or am I okay to tell them that they're fine to leave after they testify?

My boss is convinced he’s a collaborator and not a manager, so he leaves ALL admin work on any case to the associate, including reviewing bills for the client and monitoring court websites for deadlines because our calendaring system is unreliable.
