I was considered for senior analyst , I cleared all rounds . In the final round with US principal , we had broad discussion but forgot to mention him about my one of the skill . He was skeptical as informed by HR and needed one more round . I was ready for the same but that round didn't turn up . My profile broadly says still in "interview process". I do have a proper PG Certificate. I don't know what went wrong or what is the scenario even HR is not responding on call . What to do?

How much time Accenture takes to come back after some one clears the tech round?

Currently scheduling “on sites” for a S&O role in CA. My referrer said they can hire as L5 or L6. Would like to land in the L6 bucket as I’ve heard 5 --> 6 is one of the more challenging promotions.

I’m looking for info on what the real difference is in responsibilities (manager vs IC, cross functional vs focused, etc) so I can focus on checking the L6 boxes during my interviews.

How far in advance do you advise your assistant that you will need them to efile something? I get pushback from my assistant about not giving adequate notice when I tell her in the AM that I will need her to file something in the PM. For context, this is just a regular motion (not for SJ or anything complicated). Also, I always prepare my own exhibits and supporting documents, so I just need her to file the final PDFs. My family situation is already complicated, my mom and dad are not on good terms so we don’t live together and when I move it’ll get worse. I am financially independent but I feel guilty for not being there for them. Is there any possibility of getting transferred to Gurgaon office(a lot closer to my home)if I talk to my manager?
