I’ve worked at AT&T as a sales consultant for 6 years and 8 months where we prospect, uncover, and close on leads. I’ve used Salesforce for the past 4 years during my tenure. I’ve done B2B sales where I’ve received awards for it for 2 years consecutively. Loads of troubleshooting, uncovering needs through consultative styled selling, and tech app subscriptions.
I was wondering if I have the necessary skills to transition into a tech sales role. If so, what would be the best role/fit for me?Amazon Salesforce Google @

Hello, I have an offer from Publicis Sapient for their product management internship program. Wondering if anyone has any insight into the program (exits, etc) and how the return offer looks like in terms of salary. I still also hold an interest in data science so might go with another offer but I’m not sure if it is a wise choice to let go of a PM offer while I have it.

What’s happening right now with hiring is unprecedented. I think your recruiter is trying to do the best they can in the ambiguity.
I cannot speak from the Google perspective. However, I was interviewing with Deloitte last year and they did a hiring freeze for the role I was interviewing for. The cruiser told me the same thing yours said and she never reached back out. My advice for you is to take the initiative to reach back out to her in September. In the meantime, if this person is on LinkedIn regularly, interact with their posts so that they keep you in mind as time passes.
It all depends on that individual recruiter. They have a million things going on if they’re full life-cycle, so you may want to consider browsing available job postings from G and send them to the recruiter to see if they can either submit you, or connect you with the recruiter for that role.
Just heard back from my recruiter that they are still working through prioritization the role is on hold but not cut, and hopefully should have an update in the coming weeks. Not sure if anyone else can opine but if I was out of the running they would let me know now right?

Yes this happened to me a couple of years ago when I initially applied for a role in Google Ads.
During the application process, the recruiter recommended a role in Cloud and that's where I eventually landed.
Yes recruiters keep their best candidates top
of mind for new roles all the time.
Thank y’all!
Did you end up hearing back from the recruiter? I’m in a similar spot now and was curious how things turned out for you.
