Target Corporation -- TC 30LPA as a Sr. Engineer(Full stack)
And
Rubrik -- TC 30LPA + 750 RSUs as a Sr. Full Stack Dev

Really confused about where I should go,
Target tech stack - CQRS Java Spring boot microservices, React, Postgres, Mongo(The tech stack I am comfortable with)
Rubrik tech stack - Python Microservices, Postgres backend and Angular fronend.(The tech stack I have never worked with)

Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

Hi all- how’s the job market for tax lawyers nowadays? I’m working in accounting firm (international tax) and looking to jump into a law firm. I have 2YOE and JD.

I love what I do and I have an offer to stay in International Development and be a manager with 86k, focusing on my technical area + lots of travel. So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness. The PIP was mostly because I forgot some deadlines, but also they said I need to be more professional in emails (even though others use zero punctuation and a lot of emojis. My YoE is 2 y 1 mo. Worked on Firmware Dev and Linux Device Driver Dev. Have good knowledge on OS Internals.
I've attended 2 TRs at Qualcomm and then HR called to say that I'm qualified and sent me a set of HR questions over mail to answer. I'm not sure how much CTC should I expect. My current CTC is 3.3 + 0.3 LPA.
Please note that I only did polytechnic/diploma and currently pursuing BCA online. Does not having a BTech lead me to lower CTC?
