How badly does an analyst have to mess up in front of a client to get fired?

Hi Folks, I am planning to join Oracle Bangalore location by end of this month, lately there are many posts stating layoffs in Oracle, so should I be avoiding to join Oracle at this point and try to look for other companies?

If I decide to do corporate housing and live there during the duration of the project, can I still count per diem on the weekends? I know per diem would be lower on a daily basis though

I have been offered permanent work from home with my offer at PS. HR said I will be alloted to a remote only project. Any one know how this will work? Will they keep their word with respect to WFH?

This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this?
