Single 25 F. Any single males 25-30 yrs on here?
JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

“I’m flattered. Let’s move forward!”
Ok, I’ll admit that I give and receive compliments of the “Your haircut looks good” or “I like that shirt” variety on occasion, and I hope that’s never offended anyone.
If the compliment is innocuous and there’s nothing else inappropriate about the situation, I’d probably just say thank you and move on. If it does make you uncomfortable (i.e., the same person commenting on your appearance every day, or the nature or tone of the compliments isn’t appropriate for work), either speak with them privately and ask them to stop, or if that’s not advisable or doesn’t work, talk with your coach or HR about it.

Thank you?
If it’s occasional and on days when you maybe put extra effort into your appearance. Say thank you and move on. If it’s repetitive or doesn’t align with your efforts, tell them the comments make you feel uncomfortable.
This is how a professional handles it.

The camera loves you. Own it.
Get that phone number and get to work young man, this ain’t rocket science. You just got the green light... 🧐
Do you also receive similar compliments on real life?
OP, ignore others. You seem to be a looker, enjoy the attention. Wish I had you around my team as well

Honestly making jokes of it while also saying thank you is my favorite way to go, especially if I am leading a meeting and someone compliments me (I’m on video a lot). It’s a good Segway to pivot into an actual conversation if you know what you’re doing.
Well then... Let’s get it on (in a deep voice).
Male here too, I showed my face in a meeting for the first time in a while and my manager female said “oh you look so handsome”. No 🧢 . It was awkward but I just smiled and said thank you not a big deal. This is a slight flex but advice
