How far do you stray from “years of experience” requirements when applying for jobs?

I have 6 years of FTE marketing/advertising experience. Do I have a shot at jobs that are asking for 8+ years experience??

What will be expected CTC and how fast will be process?

Senior associate with 3 YOE at 130k TC (115 base). Final interview for a PM role at a small company coming up, is 140k base too much to ask for? The opportunity cost of leaving my connections, fast progression, brand recognition, etc makes it hard to justify leaving for less.

Is it a norm to send a thank you note through your recruiter? I had an iffy interview, and wondering if I bother sending a thank you note. It was very clear that they were trying to do a stress interview so I feel weird saying the usual nice things.

I’m new to the cybersecurity industry, professionally speaking (I did/do a lot for family and close friends). I’ve completed a boot camp, which I regret doing. Stay or go ?

I'm at an early stage tech start up and gaining experience in an industry that I like. However, I am getting no formal training or sales coaching. Everything I've done so far (Inc. Targeted marketing and prospecting) has been self taught and I feel like I am lacking professional knowledge if I was to move onto a different company, especially considering that I am not involved in the full sales cycle.

Technically, I'm not a college student anymore because I just graduated in December. I am having trouble finding jobs within my field (Communications with little experience in marketing). I've gotten plenty of interviews, but none of them have made it past the first formal interview (phone screening then interview). Any advice?
