It’s her choice and probably has not nothing to do with you.
You do you. When you’re done with what you need to do, wave goodbye and get on with your life. Someone else’s crazy isn’t your crazy. Wait another 6 months, overtime girl will burn out and quit.
@pwc2 If she wants to he a workaholic, that is her choice, but she forces her choice on her teams. I used to think she was the perfect PA employee, but then i realized everyone who works for her regularly has quit. She drives talent away.
I am not sure about the team environment. Are the partners encouraging this or they also realize this is not sustainable? Maybe someone can talk to her?
